We have used City Lifts for service and maintenance in two separate contracts, both of which were won in open tender. The second is a joint contract with Oldham MBC and are 14 months into a 2 year plus 1 contract
City Lifts staff are very easy to get on with and provide information as and when requested. The work carried out on the 900+ units for Tameside has allowed us to reduce our overall costs and has enabled the number of call outs to be reduced.
Requests made for individual call outs and reports are dealt with efficiently and information is returned quickly. Honest advice is given on the reliability and longevity of those units in need of major repair even though the outcome will be replacement via our “life of client” contracts.
Cost savings overall have been quite advantageous compared with the previous contractor.
